Client Guidelines: In-Fill services are available within three weeks of your previous appointment. After three weeks, a new full set is required.
Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for new clients to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total service balance.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in loss of your deposit.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit and will require to pay full price for future bookings.
Service Satisfaction: All services are performed and finalized during your appointment. No refunds after you leave the salon.
Nail Repairs: If a nail breaks or lifts within 3 days of your appointment, please reach out to schedule a complimentary repair. Repairs requested after 3 days will be subject to a fee.
Health & Safety: To protect all clients, we cannot perform services on nails with infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions. Appointments in these cases will need to be rescheduled.
Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our salon policies.
